Welcome to MyPortalPages (MPP)
MyPortalPages is an Internet based service for you to create and maintain easy access to your most used web pages.
Many web users struggle with their web link favourites and bookmarks.
Accessing these bookmarked web links from anywhere, anytime and on any device is almost impossible.
MyPortalPages provides a solution to this, where you can create a list of most used web links and access this list easily anywhere, anytime and on any platform. The above picture shows what a MyPortalPages link list might like. The red text is the headings and blue is the weblinks (hyperlinks).
The steps you would go through to create and use your MyPortalPages web links are straight forward, and are as follows:
1. Using your Google account, you open Google Sheets and create a list of web links (click here to see what it might look like).
- If you don't have a Google account then it is easy to create one on any platform, including Apple and IOS.
- Click here for the Google Sheets file for this example.
2. Share the sheet with this list (and only the sheet!) with MyPortalPages using the gmail e-mail address [email protected].
3. MyPortalPages will then upload the list you have created onto a web page which is specific to you to access
- Click here to see what this might look like
4. That's it!
The idea is to keep the list creation as simple and lite as possible and the usage is easy and straight forward.
Is there a cost? Yes, but it is low and kept to the absolute minimum. To keep the payment simple we charge £19 (GBP19) per year for an annual recurring service (you can cancel this as a recurring subscription) and £24 (GBP24) for one year if you just want to pay a one-off (you can also pay £14 (GBP14) for 6 months and £9 (GBP) for 3 months one-off). These charges are for us to create and maintain the customer portal page links and access. Note that the annual subscription price per year will remain the same for the years after you have subscribed.
Payment will be requested around 1 month after you have created your web links page. This is so you can make sure you are happy with you MyPortalPages web links page.
What will my MyPortalPages web links page look like?
Here is an example web link page: www.mpplinks.com/cust/mpp.html
We also provide an easy-to-remember link. An example of this is: cust.mpplinks.com which forwards to the link above.
Can I change my portal page after I create it? Yes you can. If you make any changes on your Google Sheets list at any point in the month then this will be reflected on your MPP web link once a month, which is typically the day (in the month) you first created your MPP web links. We will also update the links 1 week after you first create your MPP web links (to give you time to add/change any links created initially).
How do I pay and can I cancel? We use Square to manage the payments (this was previously Paypal). You can also cancel the annual subscription at any time. In this case, the MPP web links page will stay active for the duration of current year and at the end of the year you will lose access to your online MPP web link page. This is the same if you choose a one-off subscription duration.
