Is it an issue that my web links page is marked as "insecure"?
No. As the page is just links to web pages there is nothing which needs to be secure.

You could use the Google sheets as web links, but it is much easier using a proper web page and able to access any time on any device.

Why don't you offer a monthly recurring charge subscription?
By offering the annual renewals and 3/6/12 month one-off subscriptions it is better value for money for customers.
